Teresa - Our Director of Finance is the steady hand keeping all things Ember running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages the budgets, tracks the numbers, and makes sure every part of the business stays organized, by the books, and above board. With sharp attention to detail and a passion for smart planning, she helps keep Ember strong, stable, and growing!
Megan - Our Creative Director and the mind behind every product formula, leading the innovation and craftsmanship that brings our products to life. She oversees everything from recipe development to ingredient selection, ensuring each product is thoughtfully created, high-quality, and true to The Ember Ranch vision. With a passion for clean, non-toxic, beautiful products and a sharp eye for detail, she’s the powerhouse behind all things product!
Quinlan - Our Director of Inspiration may be a toddler, but his impact on Ember is huge. As the reason behind our commitment to creating clean, non-toxic products you can truly trust, he reminds us every day why quality and care matter. With big smiles and even bigger motivation, he’s the little boss driving our dream of building a family-owned business for the future!
Sarah - Our Director of Operations and the heart behind Events by Emberwood, our lead planner and coordinator is a creative powerhouse who turns ideas into unforgettable experiences. With an eye for beautiful details and a talent for making everything run seamlessly, she makes every event feel effortless, elevated, and uniquely yours. Friendly, driven, and full of girl-boss energy, she’s the one making the magic happen behind the scenes!
John - Our Logistics Director oversees the movement of products, materials, and equipment across the ranch, ensuring everything operates efficiently while upholding the brand’s clean, non-toxic standards. He manages event assets, vendor logistics, and equipment flow, and build systems for rental turnovers, circular reuse of materials, and sourcing mission-aligned furnishings and supplies as the brand grows!
OUR STORY
Beauty From Ashes
Ember was born from the belief that even after the fiercest fire, something enduring remains.
We are a multi-generational family owned small business and we all live on the same piece of land. The day after New Years, 2026, Megan's home burned to the ground along with most everything she owned. We had just begun to start our small business, at the time called Squad Up Ranch, so losing the home of our Creative Director was a serious and heartbreaking blow to both our family and our business. Praise God no one (animal or human) was injured in the fire.
What began as a family’s journey through loss became a calling to create products that are pure, honest, and made with care—crafted by hand, rooted in nature, and guided by faith. Like the quiet glow of an ember that still holds warmth and life, our work is a reflection of resilience, restoration, and the beauty that can emerge from what has been refined. Every formula we make is meant to nourish, comfort, and serve, honoring the land, the home, and the families who use them, so that what we pass forward is not only safe and wholesome, but meaningful and lasting.
Thus, The Ember Ranch was born and we are so excited to see all that God has in store as He brings beauty from these ashes.
