We are vendors ourselves who have experienced the highs and lows of vendor markets. Our passion now is to create premier vendor markets that cater to our vendors' hopes and needs. We strive to curate events that vendors love to be a part of and shoppers love to attend.

Our Next Event Open For Applications

Vendor applications are now open for our Mother’s Day Market happening May 9 from 10AM–5PM at the Abilene Convention Center in Abilene TX.


The Abilene Convention Center is an indoor conference space with close bathrooms for easy vendor access, ambience lighting, and a luxury event atmosphere. 


This boutique shopping event will feature 100+ handcrafted vendors, mom-mosas, and hundreds of shoppers looking for the perfect Mother’s Day gifts.

Applying Is An Easy 2-Step Process

  1. Apply to become an Events by Emberwood vendor.
  2. This gets you first access to our upcoming events!
  3. Apply for each specific event you would like to be a vendor at.
  4. Once accepted as an Events by Emberwood vendor, you will be able to apply for all events for which we are currently accepting vendor applications.

Step One: Vendor Application

Once you apply to become an Events by Emberwood vendor using the link below, and you are accepted, you will receive the following vendor perks at all of our events:

  • Event coordinator dedicated to oversight of all event details. Available to vendors 24/7 during events, and with a 24 hour response guarantee leading up to the event.
  • Targeted marketing with full package options for our VIP vendors.
  • Social media marketing kit available for all vendors to use.
  • Easy load in/out with early load in options.
  • Options to choose your own booth location with our VIP vendor package.

Step Two: Specific Event Applications

Second, Our accepted vendors will need to apply for each event we offer that they wish to be a part of. We will send out each upcoming event to our approved vendors first as applications open. This means our accepted vendors get first dibs on available spots, as well as specific booth location selections (for VIP vendors). You can elect for each event whether you want to be a general vendor or a VIP vendor, giving you control over which events you would like to prioritize!
