At Ember, all of our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of the nature of these products and for the safety and integrity of our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have left our store. Storage conditions, handling, and environmental factors outside of our control can affect natural products, and this policy helps us maintain the highest quality standards.

That said, we take great pride in everything we make and want you to have a positive experience with our brand. We review concerns on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to make things right when possible.
